Paycon

Platforms and engineering applications, built to run in production.

Paycon builds and operates the Paycon Ticketing Platform — a multi-tenant, white-labelled support platform that operators run under their own brand. We apply the same engineering to our customers' applications: discovery, architecture, build, and the delivery and operations work that keeps a system running after launch.

What Paycon does

Two things, done properly.

We are a product engineering company. One half of the work is our own platform; the other half is building and running applications for engineering teams who would rather ship than assemble infrastructure from scratch.

Paycon Ticketing Platform

A support operations platform built for operators who serve their own customers: tickets, SLAs and escalation, multi-channel notifications, a knowledge base, search and an audit trail — all partitioned per tenant and themed per operator brand.

  • Operator-ready Branding, domains and policy configured per tenant without a code change.
  • Accountable SLA clocks, escalation tiers and append-only audit records.
  • Integrated REST API under an OpenAPI contract, plus outbound webhooks with retries.

Your engineering application

We help customers build the application their business actually runs on — internal platforms, operations tooling, customer portals, integration layers and the services behind them. Scoped properly, built incrementally, handed over with the runbook.

  • Architecture first A written design and a thin vertical slice before the full build.
  • Built to operate CI/CD, infrastructure as code, logging, metrics and alerts from day one.
  • Yours to keep Your repository, your cloud account, documented handover.

Capability

What we are good at.

The same capabilities carry across both halves of the business — which is why the platform and the customer work reinforce each other rather than compete for attention.

Multi-tenant product design

Tenant modelling, row-level isolation, per-tenant configuration and white-label theming designed in at the schema level.

APIs and integration

Contract-first REST APIs, event and queue-driven workers, webhook delivery with retries, and integration with the systems already in place.

Security and auditability

Role and permission matrices, encrypted secrets, attachment scanning, append-only audit tables and forwarding to a SIEM.

Cloud delivery

Infrastructure as code, container builds, environment promotion and deployment pipelines — on AWS, primarily in ap-south-1.

Observability and SRE

Structured logs, traces and golden-signal dashboards, alerting that maps to real failure modes, and runbooks people can follow at 3 a.m.

Data and reporting

Relational modelling, migrations you can roll forward, search indexing, and reporting surfaces that answer the questions operations actually asks.

How we work

Short cycles, written decisions, working software.

Every engagement follows the same shape. It is deliberately unglamorous: it is what keeps scope honest and keeps the thing we deliver operable by your team.

  1. Discovery

Users, workflows, constraints and the systems you already run. Output: a scoped problem statement and a cost-aware shortlist of options.

  2. Architecture

A written design — data model, service boundaries, integrations, non-functional targets — plus one thin vertical slice running end to end.

  3. Build

Two-week increments against an agreed backlog. Every increment is deployed to a real environment and demonstrated, not described.

  4. Run and hand over

Pipelines, dashboards, alerts and runbooks. Either your team takes it from there, or we stay on a defined support arrangement.

Engineering stack

Boring technology, chosen on purpose.

We pick tools for operability and for the availability of people who can maintain them — not for novelty. Where a customer already has a stack, we work in it.

Tell us what you are trying to build.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether this is a platform problem, an application problem, or neither. Write to info@paycon.in and we will come back with questions, not a brochure.
